The OmiHina Exchange is a gift exchange focused on the relationship between Sakusa Kiyoomi and Hinata Shouyou! This event is SFW and open to anyone 16+, and will be hosted on ao3 along with an accompanying discord server!

Rules

what is an exchange?
An exchange is an event where creators exchange fic/art! Specifically, creators sign up to create and receive a gift work from other creators, typically related to one aspect of fandom. In this case, it will be all content related to OmiHina.

how it works
participants will sign up to create and receive one Omihina fanwork
participants will be able to specify tags and prompts they wish to receive, as well as Do Not Wants
requests will be matched with creators based on tag preferences
participants will have ~4 months to create and submit their gift - there will be 2 check-ins during this time
gifts will then be posted in mid-September!

For writers, their piece must be at least 2000 words minimum, fulfill their giftee’s request and follow the SFW guidelines for this event!

This event is SFW, and all works must not include sexually explicit content (ao3 ratings G-M; heavy implication is fine!)

All works should focus on the relationship between Sakusa Kiyoomi and Hinata Shouyou! Any other ships requested are allowed but they must not be the main focus!

For artists, their piece must be at least one full page (8.5 by 11 inches) with color! Comics and illustrations are also allowed!

Finally, hard bans. These topics are banned due to the event being SFW.

Beastiality (Hard Ban)
Domestic Violence (Hard Ban if it is between Omi and Shouyou, but if the requester allows it, it can be used in a non-romanticized way, ie. a traumatic backstory.)
Full Nudity (Hard Ban for Art but can be used in writing if the context is non-sexual, ie. getting changed or modeling)
Gore (Circumstantial Ban, blood, death, and/or physical injuries are alright if the requester allows it.)
Incest (Hard Ban)
Pedophilia (Hard Ban)
Romantic or Sexual Teacher/Student Relationships (Hard Ban)
Sexual Assault (Hard Ban)
Sexual Intercourse (Circumstantial Ban, implied is alright if they are timeskip and the requester allows it.)

1. By entering the event, you agree to create at least one piece of art, full-color and about the size of a full piece of paper, or one work of fanfiction, at least 2K, featuring OmiHina as the main ship, crafted to the prompts of your assigned recipient.
2. By entering the event, you agree to be a friendly and supportive participant. Unsolicited criticism or any form of rudeness will not be tolerated, so please don't be like that. :( We want to shower all the gifts with kudos, nice comments, glowing QRTs, and lots of love.
We're not saying you need to read every fic or comment on every piece of art, but please remember this is a community event!
3. Respect your giftee's prompts and preferences. If you have any questions, contact the mods. We can also facilitate communication between gifters and giftees anonymously. The mods will also be checking all gifts for any potential "coal" (gifts that are designed to make the recipient unhappy.)
4. Though this is an Omihina event, ship-bashing will not be tolerated. We're not saying you need to be over-excited for non-Omihina ships, but you can look away and be respectful at the very least. Play nice!
5. In short, be nice and have fun. That's all!
